The Executive Director is Mr Lee Geok Eong, has been a Director of HSLG since 1975.He has more than 37 years of experience in the consumer electrical and electronics retail sector. His long and distinguished career in the industry has contributed to the success of HSLG

Directors’ Profile
Lee Ah Lan @ Lee Keok Hooi, aged 65, a Malaysian citizen, was appointed to the Board of Directors since 1975. He is the Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors and was appointed as the Group Managing Director of the company on 15th December 2009. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from the University of Western Australia and is a Chartered Accountant (Malaysia) and a CPA (Australia). He has extensive experience in the consumer electrical and electronics retail industry. He has been actively involved in the Group’s activities for the past 37 years. He is responsible for the strategic planning and business development in meeting the corporate objectives and vision of the Group. He is presently a non-executive director of Khind Holdings Berhad. He is also sit on the board of several HSLG’s subsidiaries and other private companies.
Lee Geok Eong, aged 63, a Malaysian citizen, has been a Director of HSLG since 1975. He is currently the Executive Director of the Company. He has more than 37 years of experience in the consumer electrical and electronics retail sector. His long and distinguished career in the industry has contributed to the success of HSLG, particularly in the marketing and business development of the Group’s retail division and is responsible for the strategic planning and development of the Group’s corporate objectives. He currently sits on the board of several HSLG’s subsidiaries and other private companies.
Lee Keok Khoon, aged 55, a Malaysian citizen, has been a Director of HSLG since 1978. He ceased as the Group Managing Director on 15th December 2009 and re-designated as the Non Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company on 19th November 2010. He holds Master Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Charles Sturt University, Australia. He has extensive experience in the consumer electrical and electronics retail industry. He currently sits on the board of several HSLG’s subsidiaries of HSLG and other private companies.
Lee Yoke Huah, aged 64, a Malaysian citizen, was appointed to the Board of Directors since 1975. He was re-designated as the Non Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company on 30th October 2009. He is currently the member of the Audit, Remuneration and Nomination Committees of HSLG. He has more than 37 years of experience in the consumer electrical and electronics retail sector. With his vast experience in the industry, he has successfully innovated various successful merchandising concepts for the Group’s retail division. He currently sits on the board of other private companies.
Lee Keok She, aged 60, a Malaysian citizen, has been a Director of HSLG since 1978. He was re-designated as the Non Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company on 19th November 2010. He has more than 32 years of experience in the consumer electrical and electronics retail sector. His extensive years of working experience and excellent entrepreneurial skills have generated various successful retailing concepts to the Group. He currently sits on the board of several HSLG’s subsidiaries and other private companies.
**** Yee Choon Kong, aged 51, a Malaysian citizen, was appointed Independent Non Executive Director of HSLG on 25th November 2006. He is currently the Chairman of the Audit, Remuneration and Nomination Committees of HSLG. He is a certified accountant and fellow member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountant (UK) and the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. He is also a member of the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia. Presently, Mr. Yee is the sole-proprietor of Messrs Yee Chon Kong & Co. He advises clients in the preparation of financial statements, strategies, financial projection and capital statement. He also specializes in tax planning, consultancy and investigations.
**** Chong Jock Peng, aged 63, a Malaysian citizen, was appointed Independent Non Executive Director of HSLG on 25 November 2006. He is currently a member of the Audit, Remuneration and Nomination Committees of HSLG. Mr. Chong received his LLB (Hons) degree from the University of Wolverhampton, United Kingdom in 1993 and Certificate in Legal Practice in 1994. He was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in October 1995 and is now an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya. Currently, he is the Senior Partner in Messrs Jayasuria, JP Chong & Co. He also sits on the board of Cheetah Holdings Berhad as an Independent Non-Executive Director.
